We start with a 90-minute brand discovery and strategy session — this is where I learn everything about who you are, what you stand for, and where you're going. From there I build your fully customized annual fundraising plan. Then we spend the rest of the 90 days making sure your team can actually run it — through bi-weekly calls to review progress and answer questions, daily text support Monday–Thursday for anything urgent, and audit reviews of copy and creative as you build. You also get tools and templates that are yours to keep long after we're done. My job is to build the strategy and make sure you know exactly how to execute it. Your team does the executing.
